bye-laws xxiii Casual Vacancies in the Council 16 No election to vacancy in the Council shall be made- Without notice at one Meeting of the Council that there is vacancy to be filled up at the following Meeting Without notice for the following or some subsequent Meeting of all the names proposed Bye-Laws to he confirmed at folloioing meeting of the Council 17 No new Bye-law nor any alteration in the existing Bye-laws shall be valid unless the same be adopted at one meeting of the Council after notice and confirmed at follow- ing meeting of the Council and unless the summons for such last-mentioned Meeting contain Copy of the new Bye-law or of the proposed alteration
