Jeffcott, Maud Mary

We regret to announce the death of Miss Maud Mary Jeffcott, late Nursing Sister, Army Nursing Service, which took place on April 3rd at Castletown, Isle of Man.

Miss Jeffcott trained at the Royal Southern Hospital, Liverpool, and joined the Army Nursing Service in 1891, serving at Netley, Chatham, and the Guards' Hospital, London. She proceeded to Egypt in 1898, where she served for five years. In November 1903, she returned to England and returned to England and retired from Service early the following year.
